Servicing all brands:
We service just about every brand out there: Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Armstrong Air, Goodman, most brands used by the local DFW builders. Ask us about the different brands, and we'll give you our opinion on the pros and cons of each. Any parts that we replace are replaced with OEM parts. Sometimes these parts may be slightly more expensive, but they are the parts that have been engineering-designed for the system. Twenty years of servicing equipment has shown this to be true. Servicing your equipment is a four step process for Alcala Heating and Air Conditioning. |

Complete InstallationsBefore recommending the installation of a new system, we'll examine the entire system to determine if your current equipment if beyond repairs, or if parts are even available. We always make recommedantions according the current SEER rating of the house. (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio). The higher the SEER ratio, the more efficient the equipment. The SEER rating is determined by some of the following items: solar screens, storm windows, weather-stripping, efficient. windows, etc.) |

Ask about environmentally friendly EPA-approved 410 A Freon cooling systems. An important thing a homeowner can do for the environment is to use a highly energy-efficient system. Energy-efficient systems will result in cost savings for the homeowner. The best air conditioners use much less energy to produce the same amount of cooling as air conditioners made in the mid-1970s. Even replacing 10 years old air conditioners with newer, more efficient units may save significantly on your cooling energy costs. Energy StarĀ® label inits can save homeowners 10% to 40% on their heating and cooling bills every year. Both R-22 and R-410A systems may have the Energy StarĀ® label. |
